    Just Starting Out

    Virtual Work Experience

    What you do

Before in-person placements, step into the role of a doctor or dentist online. Walk through real cases, see how clinicians make decisions, and build the insight admissions tutors expect — all from your laptop. It's the easiest way to discover whether medicine or dentistry is right for you, and gives you concrete reflections for your personal statement and interviews.

    UCAT Preparation

    What you do

The UCAT is a mandatory admissions test for most UK medical and dental schools, sat in the summer between Year 12 and Year 13. Familiarise yourself with the four sections — Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Reasoning and Situational Judgement — and prepare with official materials and timed mock tests.

    A-Levels Excellence

    What you do

Achieving the required grades is the final academic hurdle — most medical schools ask for AAA, typically including Chemistry and Biology.
