• What's the difference between tutor-led and AI-generated mocks?

• How quickly will I be matched with a tutor?

  Most students are matched within 24–48 hours of booking. During peak interview season (December–February) we prioritise applicants whose interview dates are within the next two weeks — let us know your invitation date in the booking notes and we’ll route you to the front of the queue.
• Can I reschedule or cancel?

  Yes. You can reschedule any tutor-led mock up to 24 hours before the session at no cost. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are fully refundable; inside that window we offer a session credit you can use any time in the same admissions cycle.
• Do you cover my university?

  We have published interview guides for every UK medical and dental school, and our tutor pool covers every school that runs MMI, panel or traditional formats. Use the “Find your university’s interview guide” search above the hero to jump straight to your school’s page.
• What if I'm a graduate-entry or dental applicant?

  Our tutor pool includes current graduate-entry medics and dental students. When you book, choose your field (Medicine / Dentistry) on the contact step — we use that plus your university list to match you with the closest-fit tutor for your route.
