Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Georgia (PCOM Georgia) is the Georgia campus of PCOM, one of the oldest osteopathic medical schools in the US (founded 1899). Located in Suwanee — a suburban community north of Atlanta — PCOM Georgia provides the full PCOM DO program with access to Atlanta's major health systems and diverse patient population. The campus operates independently for admissions purposes from the Philadelphia campus, with its own class and faculty.

Course & teaching
Integrated curriculum. 4-year DO curriculum following PCOM's integrated model with OMM throughout. Years 1–2 at the Suwanee campus; Years 3–4 clinical rotations at PCOM-affiliated hospitals and health systems in the Atlanta metro area and Southeast. The Georgia campus has built strong partnerships with Atlanta area health systems for diverse clinical training.

Interview
PCOM Georgia (DO) interviews via Traditional one-on-one interview with faculty. PCOM Georgia conducts traditional interviews at its Suwanee campus, typically two sessions — one with a faculty member or clinician and one with a current student — each lasting approximately 30 minutes. The interview day includes a campus tour, program overview, and financial aid presentation. Questions cover osteopathic philosophy, DO shadowing experiences, community health commitment in the Atlanta metro context, and the applicant's vision of practice. PCOM does not require CASPer or AAMC PREview; applications are reviewed holistically.
