Located in Suwanee — a suburban community north of Atlanta — PCOM Georgia provides the full PCOM DO program with access to Atlanta's major health systems and diverse patient population.
The campus operates independently for admissions purposes from the Philadelphia campus, with its own class and faculty.

PCOM Georgia benefits from PCOM's century-plus institutional heritage while offering the clinical opportunities of the Atlanta metro area — one of the fastest-growing and most diverse metropolitan regions in the US. PCOM does not require CASPer. Separate admissions process from PCOM Philadelphia — applicants should specify their campus preference.

Years 1–2 at the Suwanee campus; Years 3–4 clinical rotations at PCOM-affiliated hospitals and health systems in the Atlanta metro area and Southeast. PCOM invites qualified DO applicants for a personal interview on a rolling basis and offers a choice of a virtual or an on-campus interview; its DO application page does not describe the format further.
