Integrated curriculum. 4-year MD with a strong community health and health equity thread throughout. Year 1–2 integrates basic science with social medicine and community health rotations. Clinical years include rotations at Grady Memorial Hospital (one of the country's largest safety-net hospitals), Atlanta VA, and MSM's own community health centers.

A Research Intensive Track is available for students pursuing health disparities or biomedical research.
