A-Level and academic profile
Brighton & Sussex (BSMS) requires AAA including Chemistry and Biology. Warwick (GEM) requires A*AA (for undergraduate) - Graduate entry also available. Warwick (GEM) is the stricter A-Level offer; Brighton & Sussex (BSMS) is slightly more forgiving. If your predicted grades are borderline, Brighton & Sussex (BSMS) carries the lower academic-rejection risk pre-interview. GCSE profile matters at both schools — Brighton & Sussex (BSMS): Min 6 GCSEs at grade 6 (B) including Maths, English Language, dual-award Science. Warwick (GEM): Not applicable - Warwick is a graduate-entry-only programme. Requires a 2:1 honours degree (any subject).
