You work through a patient scenario in a small group, decide what you need to learn, then go and learn it. Lectures support the case rather than lead it.

When you first meet patients

You gain experience of a clinical environment from year 1, including your first clinical skills sessions and a clinical visit to an A&E ward or general practice.
