Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine is a community-based osteopathic medical school in Hagerstown, Maryland, founded in 2022 as a partnership between Meritus Medical Center and several regional health and academic organizations.

Meritus SOM is one of the newest DO schools in the United States and is designed around a hospital-integrated model, providing students with immersive clinical contact from the earliest stages of training. The school addresses Western Maryland's significant physician shortage.
