The University of Kansas School of Medicine, founded in 1905, is Kansas's only allopathic medical school and a public institution with a mission to educate physicians for the state of Kansas. Course & teaching

Integrated curriculum. 4-year MD. Preclinical Years 1–2 at each campus using a common curriculum; clinical rotations in Year 3–4 at affiliated hospitals in Kansas City, Wichita, and Salina. Kansas City campus offers the broadest subspecialty exposure. Salina campus provides immersive rural community medicine training in a very small cohort setting.
