Online panel interview with two senior academic/clinical staff, a dental student, or sometimes a lay selector. Split into two parts: (1) questions based on an article given 2 weeks prior; (2) personal qualities and insight into dentistry — your personal statement may be visible. Six areas assessed: insight into dentistry, initiative/resilience/maturity, teamwork, organisation/problem-solving, contribution to university life, communication.
