All applicants must be SJT band 1 or 2 for 2026 entry. Sheffield interviews are in-person, panel-based (2 staff + 1 senior student), ~15 min each. Approach like a conversation but always link back to why you're suitable. Questions assess motivation, current dental issues, and applying knowledge to new scenarios. The group task tests communication, empathy, teamwork, and compassion.
