How online sessions work
Everything runs one-to-one over video. You book, we match you with a tutor (most students within 24–48 hours), and you agree times directly around school and revision. You need a stable connection and a device with a microphone and camera; nothing is installed. Sessions end at their scheduled time, and rescheduling with 24 hours’ notice or more is free and available once per booking — the full policy is in our terms.
