Multiple Mini Interviews (MMI)
UCAT: No cut-off - UCAT is converted to points on a published table and added to your academic score. 2,400 and above scores the maximum 60 points, falling by one point per 10 UCAT points down to 1 point at 1,810 and below.
Newcastle pairs strong North-East clinical partnerships with a 7-station MMI scoring system that rewards high UCAT scorers more than most peer schools.
Newcastle uses an MMI focused on motivation, ethics, communication and team-based exercises. The dental school emphasises manual dexterity and patient interaction. We tailor mock interviews to Newcastle's specific format with structured feedback after every station.
All sessions run online, so geographic location isn’t a barrier — but preparation built around the schools that matter to you is what moves your performance.

Mock interviews
A full-length mock in your school’s own format — MMI, panel or Oxbridge-style.
More options: compare every mock interview package (four mocks for £160, £40 each), add a background knowledge session on one university for £60, or see every UCAT tutoring package, up to £800 for 18 hours.
How online sessions work
Everything runs one-to-one over video. You book, we match you with a tutor (most students within 24–48 hours), and you agree times directly around school and revision. You need a stable connection and a device with a microphone and camera; nothing is installed. Sessions end at their scheduled time, and rescheduling with 24 hours’ notice or more is free and available once per booking — the full policy is in our terms.
